Salt
Doesn’t your potato taste delicious when you sprinkle a little salt on it? Why is it that we think we need to put salt on it when it will still nourish our body without the salt? Where does the salt come from in the first place? Why have the humans developed a habit of using salt on their food. Is this habit something just to do or does the body need salt to live? ? I wonder what influence we are giving people that we are with, if it is seasoned with good salt or is it that kind of salt that has lost its value?
